Baking at the Museum of Bread Culture
Combined with a guided visit to the museum's unique collections (about 1 h) plaited loaves and figurative or ornamental pastries out of sweet yeast dough can be baked.
Example are the "Knopfsemmel" (roll shaped like a button), "3 roses at a stalk", mannikins or the "Minimutschel".
On special occasions these kind of pastries are still produced in Germany. The museums likes to impart this tradtion to the visitor.
Interpretor necessary, except for english groups.
