Water Tower (Wasserturm)

Built in 1898, the “Wasserturm”, with its baroque-like form has become a landmark of Neu Ulm.
The fort’s gunpowder store at the rear of the Glacis Park served as the foundation for the “Wasserturm”. The nearby Kollmann Park, named after councillor Kollmann (1865 – 1919), is now an attractive park following the improvements made in 1996.
