Baking at the museum
Preceded by a tour, you can bake traditional pastries at the Museum of Bread and Art. In Germany, people are still baking plaited yeast buns at special occasions. This is three-dimensional and ornamental pastry made from sweet yeast dough. We would like our visitors to learn about this tradition.
