Since 1990, Barfüßer beer has been brewed according to the German Purity Law and a unique recipe. Guests can look over the brewers' shoulders and watch them in action since they brew beer up to 5 times a week in the cooper brew house in the middle of the dining area.
Bavarian-Swabian delicacies perfectly complement this. Classics such as the Brauhaus Schnitzel or the crispy roasted pork knuckle are complemented by seasonal dishes and a daily alternating lunch menu.
