Upscale cuisine, without much tam tam and shi shi, in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Chef Andreas Rehm has fulfilled a long-cherished dream with his first restaurant. Together with his partner Andrada Cretu, he has been running nö since 2021. The 'nö' stands for a whole range of things that the owner says 'no' to. Cheap meat, fish from the Pacific, expensive luxury ingredients, wine from overseas, service with a bow tie and tie.
