Ulm Art Association
Since 1973, the Kunstverein Ulm, founded in 1887, has been occupying the historic shoe house hall from 1537/38 in the heart of the city of Ulm.
Contemporary artists are shown in five exhibitions per year, and lectures and concerts are also organised. The range of formats shown extends from painting, sculpture, photography and video to expansive installations, which have become something of a trademark of the Ulmer Kunstverein.
With the diversity of styles on offer, the Kunstverein promotes different generations of artists and keeps the current cultural landscape alive.
