Blautopf

The Blautopf area will be closed for 4 years due to renovation, beginning August 26, 2024

On the Swabian Alb, 20 km west of Ulm, is Blaubeuren with the Blautopf located. Because of its magical appearance in bright blue and green it is a special destination in the surroundings of Ulm. In fact, the Blautopf is a karst spring and the associated branched cave system has not yet been fully explored.

Around the Blautopf there are several hiking trails where you can enjoy magnificent views, castle ruins or rock labyrinths.
